I love the texture and material of these Kegel balls, they are easy to insert and have no odor. Although the material is smooth, the textured outside feels wonderful against the vaginal walls. Also, the pull string makes removal easy and quick opposed to other balls which take some time to retrieve. These balls are also very easy to clean- I would suggest an antibacterial toy cleaner instead of warm water.

Along with the exceptional external texture, the vibrations from the weight balls feel wonderful as you walk, run or dance. Other than a Kegel exerciser, I love wearing these out to the clubs along with a clitoral vibrator to tease me as I dance until my boyfriend and I eventually head home to end the evening with a bang. Not only do I look forward to wearing these at night but they can also make a boring day at work or an hour at the gym a little more exciting to warm you up before sneaking off to a bathroom or heading home for some alone time.

Previous to these Smart balls, I've owned smaller glass Kegel balls which I occasionally had trouble with slipping during more vigorous activities such as running, but I have never had any problems with these. The external texture and size do prevent slipping, but I do find these balls slightly too large for me. I feel it would work better if I had the option of inserting one opposed to all four inches.

Other than the slight size problem, these are a wonderful purchase and everyone should own a nice pair of Kegel balls.
