Exercise *can* be fun!

Although described as a tool to be used for Kegel exercises, the Smart Balls can technically also be used anally. The impermeable retrieval string makes them easy to remove, and because they're made of Elastomed (a non-porous, hypoallergenic material similar to silicone), they can be cleaned using a 10% bleach solution to keep them as clean as possible. If you do plan to use them anally, remember to use plenty of lube and be very, very, VERY careful not to let the balls slip too far inside. Long story short: while they CAN be used anally, they probably shouldn't be. Nothing ruins sexytime faster than a trip to the ER for doctor-assisted SmartBall removal, you know? So to be safe, keep the party in the front.

It can take a little bit of work to make sure that the balls are placed correctly and comfortably inside the vaginal canal. Personally, I recommend using a little bit of lube before insertion (both water- and silicone-based lubes are fine.) Also, lying on your bed/sofa and tilting your pelvis slightly upward can help in getting the balls situated. Just let the balls settle on their own, which they do pretty easily. Pretty soon, you won't even know you're wearing them (and neither will anyone else, which is most of the fun.)

SmartBalls are made of Elastomed, a non-porous material that is completely body-safe. They are seamless, which makes them very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The retrieval cord is impermeable, which means that you do not have to worry about body fluids soaking into it and leaving a lingering scent. There are no worries of the string disintegrating, either.

I liked the shape and size of the SmartBalls, for the most part, although, as I mentioned before, it did take a little work at first to get them situated properly. The first couple of times I used them, I did have a fear that they would work their way out, but then I realized that by the very act of trying to keep them inside, I was working my PC muscles (which, of course, is exactly what they're supposed to do.)

SmartBalls are also incredibly easy to travel with; all you have to do is toss them into your suitcase/purse, and you're good to go. You don't have to worry about them making any noise; although there are weighted balls inside them, you won't have to worry about them making any noticeable noise that screams "HEY, I HAVE SOME VAGINAL BALLS IN HERE!"

While wearing the SmartBalls, I found that the movement of the internal weighted balls provided a very subtle, yet extremely pleasurable sensation. It wasn't so much a "vibration" (as I have heard other women describe it) so much as a sort of "rolling" sensation. Very interesting, and very nice.

I also found that the more Kegels I did, the more pleasurable the sensations became, especially during walking/jogging.

SmartBalls are nearly effortless in terms of care. Once you remove them, you can just rinse them with soap and warm water. Or, if you want to be extra-careful about cleanliness (always a bonus!), the SmartBalls can also be bleached using a 10% bleach solution (be very careful to completely rinse them afterwards, though.)

Kegel exercises are important for strengthening the muscles of the pelvic floor, which can help with issues like incontinence. They're also useful after natural childbirth. However, increased strength in the pelvic muscles can also vastly improve the quality of orgasm for women *and* their partners. The SmartBalls can help in all of these areas.

I also found that they are fun during masturbation and especially oral sex. Try having your partner tug gently on the removal string while you perform Kegels with the SmartBalls. I guarantee you'll love the result!

One of the most enjoyable aspects of the SmartBalls for me was the fact that I could wear them anytime, anyplace, without anyone knowing. From the gym, to the grocery store, to the office, no one will ever know. I wore them to the office one day and no one could figure out why I looked like the cat who swallowed the canary!

Personally, I found that although I did feel the vibrations of the SmartBalls when I was engaged in vigorous movement (for example, working out at the gym), I felt them most strongly when I was just doing my usual everyday tasks. I would often forget I was wearing them, only to feel them suddenly as I walked across the room.
