Well, you can take them out, but you don't have to. I personally leave them inside and feel no discomfort.

Yup, you can leave them in. It might even make for better exercise! Just watch out for the string, maybe tuck it inside first.

You can leave them in when you uriniate, when you masturbate (assuming you're not wanting addition penetration), when in the car, or in the train, while walking, or while flying in a plane. They're good for everything!

I'm wondering what I should recommend to a friend when it comes to vaginal balls. I'm happy with the Desi, but I still wish it were entirely silicone. The Smart Balls are listed as silicone, but on the first review link the Product Specialist said that they were made of elastomed with a silicone finish. What does this mean? Could my friend sterilize them? It seems like the Smart Balls are safer than the other options on the site, but I just wanted to ask someone who knows more than me!

I just got my first Smart Balls, and I when I've gone to the bathroom with them in, I get afraid that I'll drop them in the toilet, so I end up taking them out..

There's a user manual for SmartBalls on the Fun Factory website. They have a new product called SmartBalls teneo uno. It's recommended for beginners and people who have a tipped uterus.

This might sound ignorant but.. would most people with a tipped uterus actually know?

That it's tipped, that is, not about the new balls.

My friend has a tipped uterus, she didn't know until she had an u/s while her and her bf were in the process of trying to get pregnant.

I just got these, and they are the first I've ever gotten. It came with a "detailed" instruction booklet that wasn't very detailed at all. I have them in, but it doesn't feel good or like it's helping my muscles. So I'm thinking I don't have them in deep enough... how far should I have them in?

You usually need a gyno to tell you. My sister has a tipped uterus and didn't know that until her gyno mentioned it.

My uterus is tipped/tilted, and I was informed at my first pelvic exam over 10 years ago! I own the Smart Balls, and I don't have an issue with them hitting my cervix funny or anything like that.

I went to Fun Factory's website, and I couldn't find anything on SmartBalls teneo uno. A search on Google brought up websites only outside of the US. I might have to order one of these... sounds like they've solved some of the insertion issues and concerns about the connecting bit by having just one ball (hence the "uno" I suppose!).

I cheated and typed in funfactory.de/uk/ and you can see a description there. Guess they're not marketing in the US yet!

I hope the teneo uno is marketed here soon! I find the original Smartballs to be a bit painful when inserted, so maybe only having one ball would be better.

I find Teneo Uno to be even more painfull to insert (and take out) than Smartballs. But they are much more fun to wear. I find the size of smartballs awkward - they somehow manage ti miss my G-spot, Teneo Uno find and marvelously hits it ;-)
Uriniting with Teneo Uno is no problem, Smartballs need a little practice.
Has anyone tried Teneo duo? How are they compared to smartballs original?

I have some of these (the Smart Balls), and I'm wondering - how long is it good and/or safe to leave them in? I've never left them in for very long.

I have a tipped uterus. I use the Smartballs. I've never found them in any way a sexual turn on though. They just aren't. I can actually hold them pretty tight so they don't move. I do find that I don't enjoy sitting on the floor with them in, and I don't like urinating with them in so that's when I usually take them out.

I don't like sitting at all with them in, I think it's painful. I think they're great when standing though!
