I love that it exercises my Pc muscles without me having to physically squeeze/release my muscles.

For me the contractions it causes are stronger than I could contract those muscles myself. And it is arousing too, so it is better than just doing kegels!

I have Intensity & I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!!!...I'll be writing a review on it soon so watch for it ...AND, it is much more than interesting & fun - it's ecstascy in an odd looking - well it's not simply a toy

Since I can't seem to remember to do the kegel exercises maybe this would help. Although I hate shocks I wonder if it would work.
