Nurse, is there no wiggle room for common law marriages?

In some states such as Florida, there is no such thing as Common Law Marriages. In Colorado yes there was.

I so agree with you! I have had families tear each other apart over things such as this! Stress is high enough in the best circumstances, let lone fighting among themselves!!
