Advice from the top. Don't tie the ropes too tightly. Tying the rope too tightly can result in temporary or in severe cases permanent nerve damage. The ropes can also pinch and bind if your wife moves around any while she's tied up. The pinching and the binding can become uncomfortable and can also result in nerve damage.

Always check to see if appendages are going numb. Check fingers and arms and feet and legs. If there is rope around an area you need to check the area below the tie. If she starts to loose feeling this could be because of lack of circulation.

I would recommend sex tape. I only sticks to itself and you can find it easily. It tears pretty easy for you, but the more she wiggles the harder it will be for her to get loose.
