Hi guys, my boyfriend has been trying to tie me up occasionally during our play. He's a rather clumsy person. Even after reading guides online and watching bondage porn here and there, he's still not very fluent. I don't mind it so much but sometimes him tripping on ropes here and there can be rather dangerous.
I was wondering if there are guide out there that are elementary like "bondage for dummies"? Maybe you have some tips that you can give? Maybe a book or a video I can get him?

Two very useful and fairly easy-to-understand books are:
Two Knotty Boys Showing You the Ropes

And it's companion (not sold on Eden), Two Knotty Boys Back on the Ropes.
You will want to look at the "Showing You the Ropes" book first, and once you're comfortable with that, you can take a look at the second one. Depending on your size, you'll want to start out with 30-60 feet of rope. I recommend cotton or cotton-blend for a beginner, but due to the small diameter, be careful and don't tie it too tight.

Ty Elnoa for the guide. We have a thicker set of braided rope that is 30 feet long and a thinner set of braided rope that is 60 feet long. I am not sure what the material is, but it does not appear to be cotton. We will definitely check out the first book for now
