Is this basically just an agreement to not have sex/masturbate for some give period of time? Curious as wasn't sure I've heard the term chastity contract before.

My ex and I had a chastity contract, of sorts. We agreed, with her urging, to not have intercourse until after we were married. Well, it may just have been a ploy for her to avoid sex, and it took 8 years for us to eventually consummate the marriage...long, sad story. Like I said, she is my ex, and for more than one reason.
