When starting a new relationship, how soon do you start talking about and introducing kink? Before you have sex for the first time, after, or much after? Are you up front about talking about it or do you wait a while and test the waters? How did you bring it up?

Any sexual kinks, not just BDSM. I just thought this was the most appropriate forum to post it in.

My guy and I began tiptoeing into kink discussions fairly quickly, within the first couple of weeks. We have both realized there is stuff that neither one of us want to give up, so being on the same page was important, no wasted time.

i brought it up very early because it would have been misleading not to. Kink is a very important part of my lifestyle that i'm not willing to give up and wouldn't be happy without. It's something my partner has to be onboard with.
