Yes. I am very open. I have always been very open. But then again, I don't gather friends who are super conservative (although they don't always like the same things).

I do in fact have vanilla friends that know that I'm kinky. I'm pretty sure that just about everyone I know, casually or closely knows that I'm kinky, because I simply don't care about what they think, and it's impossible to hold something over someone's head when it's common knowledge. Besides, I don't see the point of keeping secrets when you might find allies. I mean, I've inspired vanilla friends to explore their kinks rather than be ashamed of them.

I keep my kink life pretty much hidden from most of my friends. I live in a very conservative town, in a very conservative state, and my kinks could get me blacklisted if they became public knowledge. Sucks, as I prefer not to keep large parts of my personality hidden, but that's just how it has to be right now.
