I love the look of a flogger, the whole anticipation and intimidation thing about them. But when it comes to actual contact? Nothing, in my opinion, can replace a hand. Flesh to flesh.

I will be buying a flogger from here one of these days simply for aesthetics. But it is not all that high on my list to be honest!

Big fan of the riding crop personally. But I have seen some really nice metal tip floggers that I've been wanting to try. I'm just really not a fan of the rubber floggers that I see all the time.

I feel similar to padmeamidala. I love the hand, because it feels more intimate, somehow.

Yet, I adore being flogged. My husband prefers to use stiffer implements like paddles, or crops to a flogger, so I only get flogged really if I play with someone else.

I think it depends entirely on my head space at the given time.
As far as sub space, flogger. Little space, hand. Dom space, flogger. So yea...depends.

SirPhryxus says I would have to go with Hand because the hands control the floggers ^_^
