I like floggers the best. Mainly because they vary so much in sensation. Granted, a spanking can be more of a thud or sting, and you can caress with a hand, but it's still not the same sensation.

I also prefer to use a flogger over my own hand because I feel like I'm a bit more in control for some reason. Then again... the first time I was given a lesson on spanking techniques it was sort of a "Oh, hey, I'm going to teach you this now. You can practice on her."

(receiving) I enjoy both - if done right, but definitely enjoy the flogger more.

I adore both! I mean, if I'm the one distributing, I prefer floggers cause my hands start to sting in an unpleasant way, but I could go either or on the receiving end. Possibly leaning more towards the hand, actually.
