I try to eat sparingly if I'm able to anticipate anal, what I do eat being fairly basic and lightly processed. I tend to drink a lot of water daily, which I think, though do not know for sure, helps keep me good to go in case of some surprise anal.

Anal sex isn't a planned thing for me. It just sort of happens, whenever it happens. I don't eat a special diet in order to prepare for it.

If I'm planning for it, I won't eat much during the day. Light soups and fruits, lots of water. Other then that, no.

Anal tends to happen spontaneously for us. We try to have a bowel movement first and clean the area first. We don't worry about the rest.

I'd like to say I ate well, but the truth is I'm too lazy to do it all of the time, and when an opporitunity for buttplay comes up I like to take it. I check things out and use a water enema when needed. Maybe someday I'll eat well enough to not have any problems.

Same here. Very spontaneous. Just try to do what we can when we get there. I've never really thought of adding such foresight but it might be something to try if we plan on doing something more involved/serious/time consuming.

whenever any of my partners has wanted anal play, they usually give themselves an enema in order to clean things out. that's their preference, not mine. my preference is that they feel okay. obviously if there's some kind of a stomach ache, anal play is a bad idea.
