The slim jim looks perfect of course we will end up with more than one so more options are welcome also my wife wants a realistic one because she says it will fell more natural so If it has a scrotum that would be great too.

If you are looking for something more natural...with a scrotum, then you should definitely consider the Goodfella.
It is pricey, but it is easily the most realistic toy we own.
