The Bandito by Jollies was a strap-on that attached via a cock ring.
For double penetration purposes, I find a two-strap harness like Aslan's Simple or Commando harnesses to be much more comfortable. A harness lets you vary the dildo you're using and, to some extent, adjust the angle. Also, the harnesses I mentioned can be used as a thigh harness or a chair harness.

Sadly they are no longer carried by Eden. I think that pipedream has one in their Fetish Fantasy line also.
So you know the Love Rider Dual Penetrator is a tight fit for even a guy of average size in regards to girth. My partner found it to be uncomfortably tight. I myself found both of them to be more of a work up to something bigger and better. I also found that they worked better strapped onto a dildo rather than a dick. Even when used with a dildo I had issues getting the loop down over the shaft.
