Is there a cuff that can do this?

Contributor: Ckey Ckey
Please forgive my newbie-ish question, but I'm fairly new to the world of store-bought BDSM -- my only experiences have been with typical "household" items like rope and cloth. Currently, I'm interested in buying a set of wrist cuffs that could (ideally, anyway) be used with different people and situations.

My question/curiosity lies with the versatility of the cuff itself. I'm wondering if there are any where the ring from one cuff can be interlocked with the other cuff in some way -- not necessarily with a clip, but ideally, the rings themselves opening/closing or something along these lines. Essentially, I would like to be able to turn the "bracelets" into handcuffs, if that makes sense.

I know it's easy enough (and good fun!) to tie a cuff to something else, but I'm hoping that there might be a way to connect two cuffs in a fairly sturdy manner without needing any other equipment or attachment.

Could anyone point me in the right direction? Many thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

There are a few options. The ring itself doesn't open, but that's as close as you're going to get for this site. If you are decent enough with tools, you could always take the D-ring off, and replace it with your own ring/clasp. Those cuffs come with everything you need though. Even though they have clips. I hope this is what you were wanting!
