I'm reading through the suggestions so far and I am totally taking notes.
Here's my question to you all, though...
For workshops, it's pretty much understood that if someone runs one / teaches one, they'll be compensated in points but what about attendees? What times work best for people? Are y'all going to actually attend these if we set them up? Do you feel that you need to get points or something to participate? Is attendance going to be crappy if we don't do prizes and stuff? Do you like the idea of live events? Or something that is more along the lines of a lesson on the forum you can read later?
