I'm reading through the suggestions so far and I am totally taking notes.

Here's my question to you all, though...

For workshops, it's pretty much understood that if someone runs one / teaches one, they'll be compensated ... more
I like the workshops ideas presented but I always have a hard time joining them especially if their live events because I work 2nd Shift, Mon-Fri EST. I can understand points given to the one who runs/teaches them but for attending? And gifts too? For me it would be a reward in itself to learn so much from participating in one.

I like this idea, I have been on the site for over a year, but am still reluctant to post much let alone do a review in fear that I may do it wrong.
Workshops in many areas would be a great help. Maybe once a week and have a special thread just for workshops. Knowledge is always a positive to everyone. Hope I put this in the correct place.

Also it would be nice to have a " like" button that could be added to those that post great comments.

I really like this idea. I think it could get cluttered up really fast, though -- and most people would recommend that the new people sign up with a mentor, which kind of gives you the same thing, only more one on one, focused attention.
