One thing that comes to mind, relating to your statement about the veteran contributors. Some are involved, but also clubs generally happen during a specific time-frame. I know the polls indicated this time-frame to be the most popular for people attending, but for the amount of people who chimed in on the poll, it was only a small percentage of the entire community.

I missed the events tonight which I had planned to attend, I fell asleep and my husband didn't know I needed to be awake so he let me sleep for hours! So I am sorry I missed it

I wish more newbies like me were interested in joining in with the events, it has been so much fun and everyone is so welcoming.
