Thanks for attending this Month's meeting of the Eden Lit Club

Looking at my watch I see it's time to close this up. What a nice conversation! It basically boils down to: Just sit your ass down and write. The rest will take care of itself but you'll never write your masterpiece if you don't sit down and do it!

Next month we will look at proofreading and offer some tips and tricks for making the process easier and painless.

To get myself started, I like to just type anything that comes to mind. It doesn't have to be written properly or really make sense. It's just a big jumble of ideas. I take a short break before making coherent ideas of what I've written. That seems to work for me. I found that if I focus too much on a title or first sentences, I get stuck.
