You have a very good point. I do also try to have backups available if, like at the last party, there's an issue and I need to make a last minute swap so that it's never a big deal

for me i think before christmas would be great. weekends do not work for me. so wednesday would be ideal, dec. 21st. anytime before christmas i think would make it just in time for the holidays. after christmas, for me at least, would be kinda silly, unless it was a new year's party!
