You may have heard about Eden Personal Stores, which we launched about a week ago. I've been helping some affiliates get their stores started, and I'd like to get more of the community involved in the affiliate program. Want to learn about Eden Personal Stores? Want to see some of the inner workings of EPS? Want to get some help with customizing your store?

The Eden Personal Store Basics Workshop

Come hang out, ask some questions, and maybe help other people out who are here, too.
Details:
This workshop will have three sections, and each section will go over a basic task related to customizing an Eden Personal Store. During each section, I will introduce the task at hand, then explain it in steps. Feel free to ask questions at any time. I will ask for questions after each step, too, just to help everyone feel comfortable asking questions. I'll try to wrap up related questions before moving on to the next section of the workshop. With luck, there will be time at the end for remaining questions, too.
Workshop schedule:
8:00-8:15: Greetings, introductions, find out who has their store setup already, etc.
8:15-8:45: Adding Products to your store from EdenFantasys, plus related Q&A
8:45-9:15: Creating Categories for your store's products (in your store's admin / Back Office), plus related Q&A
9:15-9:45: Customizing your homepage (banner, header, introductory text), plus related Q&A
9:45-10:00: Any other questions, suggestions for future workshops/tutorials, and closing the workshop (goodbyes)
Everyone is invited! If you want to get an idea about how an Eden Personal Store is customized, come join us!
If you would like to follow along with your store, please complete the following setup steps before the workshop:
1) Join the EdenFantasys affiliate program
2) Email your name, username, and partner code to partners@edenfantasys.com
3) Go through the Getting Started tutorial (this includes obtaining your own domain and hosting)
4) Email partners@edenfantasys.com your partner code and store URL and ask for your Store ID, Key, and for your store to be activated.
5) Copy and paste your Store ID and Key into your store's admin.
If you complete these steps, your store should be setup and active. I encourage you to work on your store during the workshop, so we can all customize our stores and ask questions as a group. Of course, you are welcome to follow along and ask questions and work on your store later. It's all up to you. I just want to help you get familiar with the inner workings of Eden Personal Stores!
