Next on the list is another heavy hitter, the Commissions Report.
The Commissions Report is useful because it compiles all the sales and commissions you've made for each month. You can easily compare one month to another and see if your commission is increasing with time. Commissions are broken down into their different programs (Online/Offline affiliate, Friends of Affiliate) so you can see how much you make in each program. Here is a screenshot of an example commission report:
(This is my personal commission report, and I'd rather keep my actual sale/commissions numbers private, so I marked them out. )
"Every time I come to a workshop I learn something new that is helpful"
Wow! Awesome, that is great to hear from our community I'm glad that our workshops have been so helpful for you. Go Eden!
Yes once I am settle with a job (most of my time is consume with job searching) I will have time to focus on becoming a reviewer and having my on blog. I have attended workshops for both topics along with other fun workshops.
Yes here is to Eden and their wonderful, sweet and helpful staff & reps.
We're down to the final two reports. It's time to check out the Friends of Affiliate Report.
The Friends of Affiliate Report looks a bit like the Commissions Report, except this one shows any/all people who have signed up as an affilaite “under” you. If someone signs up to be an affiliate and puts in your partner code as their referral code, then you get 3% commission on their sales. This doesn't affect their commission; it's a bonus for you!
The Friends of Affiliate Report shows the activity for the selected date range at the top, and then shows all the Closed Periods below. Here is an example of the report:
(If you don't have people signed up “under” you, this report will be empty like the one above)

I know a few of you asked about stores and Eden Personal Stores, so here is a link to the Eden Personal Stores blog where you can learn more about having a store on your website.
The last report is the one that probably makes you the happiest: The Payment History Report
The Payment History report shows all payments that have been made. The report shows each month that you've been an affiliate, the commission earnings for that month, payments, your balance, the method of payment, and when you were paid. Here is an example of a Payment History report:
I'm just showing part of my report so you get the idea of how it will look. If you don't earn enough commission in one month to be paid once the period closes, then you'll be paid once your commission reaches the payout amount. You can always apply any commission earnings to an EF order after the period closes, even if it's under the payout amount.
This question doesn't have anything to do with reports, but are you limited to what you can put into your widget on your blog (such as only items bought) and also how many items can be added to each widget?

Excellent questions!
Our widgets are badass widgets. They can do pretty much anything except mow your lawn and cook dinner.
Okay, seriously...there are no limits to what you put in your widgets. You can put any item from Edenfantasys.com into a widget. It doesn't matter if you've bought it or reviewed it or just like how it looks. If you want to put it in a widget, you can.
You can put as many items as you like into a widget, too.

That is great, I have been working under the assumption that only products I personally bought could be put in there.
So, what are the different ways you can be paid out from EdenFantasys? Is it just cash? Do I have to worry about taxes when I receive cash from EF?
If you earn $600 or more in affiliate commissions in a year, Eden will send a 1099 to you with the total amount of earnings for that year. You can also calculate the total earnings from your Payment History report.
You can be paid via check or Paypal. We also offer wire transfers but those are less common.

Ooh, payment questions. Juicy!

Taxes: Eden doesn't take out any taxes from your commissions, so affiliates are responsible for reporting their commission earnings at tax time.

Awesome. Is there any way to apply affiliate earnings to an EdenFantasys order instead of having it Paypal'ed? Does that allow you to avoid taxes, or do you still have to report them tax-wise if you do that?

Great job, everyone! We've made it through all the reports we offer right now, and covered some essential affiliate report concepts.
Are there any remaining questions? We've got time left for anything you'd like to talk about.
I have a VERY IMPORTANT question that does not relate to reports.
I'm an affiliate. I received 4 product to review at home. Where do I post my reviews? I want to get credit for the reviews under the affiliate program - could you please help? I'd really really appreciate it. I have a help ticket in but it's been a few days and I'm eager to get an answer.

Yep, you can apply any commissions that appear in the "Commissions due" section of your reports to an EF order.
How to apply commissions to an order: When you check out, during the payment process you are given the option to apply your commission to your purchase. It's a little link/button that you click during checkout.
OK, maybe a silly question. Can we put a widget on FB on our profile?
As far as I know, I don't think widgets and Facebook get along very well. Using links to pages is probably the best way to use Facebook. If anyone has used widgets on Facebook, speak up! I'd love to hear how that's done
What rules do Facebook or Twitter have against posting links of EF on them? Are there any rules about "adult nature" links?
I don't think Twitter cares much about adult links, but I'm not a Twitter (or Facebook) use adviser. But as far as I know, Twitter doesn't have an issue with adult-oriented postings.

The affiliate program and the review program are two separate things.

We don't do reviews through our affiliate program, actually. You would post them in your User Account in the "Review Program" section. In order to write a review you would either go to Assignment Cart if you've bought the items yourself, or go to Assignments if you've received the items free of charge in exchange for reviewing them.
I was told that FB does not like anything that looks like a real body part, aka realistic cock, pussy etc. Even a Fleshlight shown from the front is frowned upon. Other than that I have put a lot of links to toys on there with no problems.
