I'd bank on the 9.5 inches insertable - if you look at the dildo, I think some other site might consider the 'testicles' to be insertable, but we do not. Its total length is 12".

Nope, they said from the testes to the tip, it's insertable 11 inches.. I think I'm going to do some research before I purchase this..
