On other websites when I was exploring, they said that a lot of their products were made of Sil-A-Gel. But these products listed here are apparently made of rubber? Which is it?

Sil-A-Gel appears to be made from PVC.

Sil-A-Gel is not a material or coating, but an anti-bacterial compound that's added to the particular material.
