Quality of materials

I have this lollipoppers plug and it's my favorite toy but the thin material of the base got distorted.
I keep it in my drawer with other toys and condoms and wash it with hot water and soap.
But one day I pulled it out and the material had melted, leaving a half-circle whole in the base.

I keep other silicone toys in the same area and have never had any issues. I also do not live in a hot climate or have the drawer near a furnace vent.

Any ideas what may have happened?

Captivating topic discussions on Doc Johnson Dildo:

Missing items and clarification
I recently purchased 'Ultra Harness 2 Set -5, 1050-05-BX'. it had everything it was supposed ot have except the velcro attachment for the vibrating..

Anyone remember 'I lube'?
Does anyone remember the I lube? I have not been able to find it for a few years but it was the best lube I have ever used!

Mood vibrators
Has anyone used Doc Johnson's line of bullet Mood vibrators (Mood Powerful, Mood Playful, etc) inside dildos with bullet slots? I'm considering using.

Out of all the rabbits...
What is the best one to get?

Mood Fantastic (problems with charging)

This toy seems to be made of TPR, which is not as stable as silicone. It's possible that it came into contact with some other material from a different toy that caused it to melt/distort. In the future, it might be better to use plastic zip lock baggies or something to keep toys from touching each other.

Hello!
Its a very good idea to store your toys in seperate baggies. Regardless if it's Doc Johnson merchandise, or anyone elses, the different materials these items are made of can react to eachother if stored together. The best way to take care of your toys is to always:
1)use waterbased lube
2)clean after use
3) pull batteries out until next use
4) keep them in seperate zip lock bags. Some people have even told me they keep them in socks! whatever is easier for you.
If you follow these guidelines, your toys should last you for a while. And you shouldn't have this problem again.
Thanks!!
