I recently purchased 'Ultra Harness 2 Set -5, 1050-05-BX'. it had everything it was supposed ot have except the velcro attachment for the vibrating bullet that came with it. How can i go about replacing it

Also I'm confused about the dildo that as included with a wire that plugs into 'something' but I'm not sure just what it's supposed to plug into as I'm unable to locate the jack it's supposed to plug into.

About the missing item, I would for sure submit a support ticket! They'll either have you send back the whole set and replace it with a complete one, or if they can just send you the piece that you're missing! No idea about the wired dildo, though!

I tried to look to see if I could find a vibrating one, but I couldn't find anything with the product info you provided. I'd check a couple of the reviews to see if there's any info about the jack issue.

As for the missing pieces, submit a support ticket. Customer service will gladly help you with those sort of issues.
