Mio loses its charge easily

Late last year we bought a Mio cock ring (which we reviewed here). One of the few things we don't like about it is that it loses its charge quickly - sometimes within a couple of days of fully charging it.

We've put up with that thinking it's normal, but then last month bought a MiMi that's holding a charge very well. Since they're the same company, we're wondering whether it's just our Mio that's got a problem or it's all of them.

Since we can't get any reply from the online form or other contact details for Je Joue (shame on you, JJ), we'll have to ask here: has anyone else had a problem with their Mio not holding a charge?

Not with the Mio, but I've had an issue with Uma not holding a charge well. My first Uma functioned perfectly and held a charge for a long period of time, but my second Uma dies very quickly.

I had the same issue trying to get in touch with Je Joue. Their online form promises a response, but it's been several months now since I've submitted that form and no one has ever gotten in touch with me.

Thanks for the fast reply Well in a way, it's nice to know we're not the only ones who can't get anything back from Je Joue - it's such a shame, good customer service is a huge part of getting repeat business.

And thanks for that bit of info about the Uma. Maybe when we've got the funds we might try another Mio just to see how that compares to the first one. It's a shame, I thought this might be the last ring we'd ever buy but now we're about to get a Jopen Ego 3.5 purely because of this issue with the (otherwise great) Mio.

Wow. That's a real bummer! I'd be pissed, especially after the manufacturer didn't get back in touch. That might would even be enough to prevent me from wanting to buy from them again, if they don't feel their customers are as important as the money they are spending on their products. When the prices are as high as th JJ's are, I'd totally expect good customer service... or at least SOME customer service. So sorry this happened to you.

Thanks Kendra! That's kind of where I am now with not wanting to buy from them again. The problem is that the Mio and MiMi are such great toys when they're 100%
