I ordered the Cake Milk Made Smoothing Hand Buffer and I was heartbroken to see that it went completely everywhere while in the shipping process. The cap is also broken and the oil and the sugar granules are all over the box. More than half of it is gone, and even soaked through the brown shipping box! Who exactly do I contact about this? Do I private message someone in particular or do I send in a support ticket? Thank you all so much.
