I bought the Love Rider G-Kiss by Cal-Exotics, and I'm having an issue. The probe portion will suddenly stop vibrating, although the controller light is on. I can get it to work again by squeezing where the bullet is located, but it will still cut off at random.
I'm very confused, since this was its first real use, and it had only been turned on once before to test that it worked, and how strong it was. I have washed it twice with warm water and soap, and the controller hasn't been washed. I also made sure the toy was completely dry before use. I've been careful to avoid the cord getting trapped under the ring as well.
I'm not sure what I should do now, I'm not sure whether this would qualify for a return. Oh, and I had ordered this last week, the package arrived on Wednesday.
