My first ever order was for a free review and I received it USPS in 4 buisiness days....Now I placed and order myself with an ede gift card ad the free shippig option over $35 was with sure post and even though the 4th of july was included in the shipping time its somehow saying it is not arriving until the 10th and from the day I ordered it thats over 10 days....why is it taking so long seems surepost goes to a bunch of extra locations instead of straight route to the customer. anyone else have problems....

My orders used to only take 2 days with the free shipping that was included with a $59 order. Eden is currently offering the UPS Surepost free with a smaller $35 order.

For me the Surepost normally adds an extra day for delivery. UPS delivers the package to the USPS, then the post office delivers it with your normal mail.

10 days seems excessive. Have you checked your tracking number to see when delivery is actually scheduled?

If you send a Customer Service ticket, we can look into your particular order.

On the whole though, SurePost does seem to take an extra day or so. Also, keep in mind we don't ship on weekends and holidays.

Sweet lips,

Have you checked your tracking number on the UPS website?

The "estimated delivery date" listed on your order history page here on the Eden website may be completely inaccurate. I say this based on my own experience.

I placed an order late Monday night, July 2.
On my order page here on Eden, it currently shows my "estimated delivery date" as Tuesday, July 17...
But when I punch the tracking number into the UPS website, they show that my package has already been handed off to the USPS with expected delivery tomorrow, Friday, July 6.

I hope this helps.

i ordered it on the 2nd and it finally got to me on the 10th through usps after sitting in phoenix for 2 days which is 30 mins from my house lol. It definatly took the long route to me and Im guessing this is going to be expected with free shipping. USPS and UPS standard are much faster than surepost I wish there was another option.

I've noticed throughout other online shopping experiences that they will over estimate shipping time to avoid dissatisfaction if it happens to be late.
It's annoying that they go over 10 days, but it's better than customer service blowing up if UPS is late.
Besides it's always a nice surprise when it comes earlier than expected. ;]

but if it really worries you just go to the UPS site link and enter in your tracking number into the box.

yeah no worries free is free you get what you pay for I guess but I placed a new order and the same thing...going to take 10 days to get it to me...and Iknow its an acurate time frame because it took all 10 days the first time. Ill enjoy it when it arrives so that will make up for the delay Im just not a huge fan of surepost it changes hands to much which can result in lost and damaged packages in my experience.

You can choose USPS with the free shipping. I don't like Surepost. It takes too long, it sits in one place for days, and it often takes forever. I don't know how this is an improvement over anything.

I almost always choose USPS. Of course, my last order came yesterday and it looked like someone stomped on the box and it was nearly ripped open. *sigh* It came in less than 10 days, though.

Ty I will go usps next time and take my chances of a ripped package than a long delay. I hate waiting lol it's one of my downfalls
