This is the second time now this is happened, if I log out for whatever reason, I cannot log back in again unless I add something to cart and sign in via the checkout. The in button refuses to work, I go to the forums to try make a post/reply to a post where it will prompt me to sign in, but nothing happens. I have tried at least 2 browsers and nothing works. Is this an issue on the site or with my pc? In any case, I wanted to let someone know what was going on.

My fiance can't log into her account only by facebook and when we try to click log in nothing happens. I was able to log in by clicking register then the sign in from the words in pink . Frustrating. She has tried to log in by just the eden account before and it told her to use facebook log in. We cant send in a ticket from her account because she can't log in.

I know that in some cases, certain products couldn't be shared on facebook due to the content of the product name---i.e. it screamed "adult product". As far as the buttons being removed, you can also submit a support ticket to find out what the deal is.

The log-in issue is a pretty big concern, though. But, I also had an issue where a website (not Eden) kept 404'ing on me for no reason whatsoever but worked perfectly fine on my husband's netbook, which was right beside mine. It's strange stuff.

If you're using chrome.. I've been having major issues with logging in and also seeing the facebook buttons. I change to firefox or safari and I can log in and the like buttons are there.
It's a very odd change since I didn't update chrome or do anything different between when I logged in yesterday afternoon and trying to log in tonight.

That is very weird. Yeah, I'm with Stormy to go ahead and submit a support ticket if you run into this again. Take screen shots if you can, and include as many details as you can (browser, etc).

I've been having this issue with Firefox the last few days. When I go in through Safari I have no problems. I just assumed Firefox was acting up.
