Hello! I have two things for y'all today:

2. You are welcome to create new threads with EPS questions or affiliate program questions, just like how there are threads about the review program, EdenTasks, etc. Here is the Affiliate Program discussion section.

I check the forum throughout the day, and will pay special attention to the Affiliate Program section to help answer any questions.

So far, people have listed HostGator and DreamHost in this thread, as hosts that they've used for websites with adult content. And GoDaddy is good as a domain provider for domains that will have adult content on them.

I'm ading products now to my store but was wondering how ya add DVDs to the 'My Store' button - there's only add to cart or wishlist. Am I missing something?

Also, can't I add a link if I do a description of my own? It's just a link back to Eden where my review for that item is. Thought this just gives a potential buyer more of an idea on the item from my perspective.

Ooh, I'll look into the DVD adding and get back to you on that one.

Do I do the link in my personal description? Cause I couldn't find a 'Add a link' or anything like that.
I tried doing the link like the example in under the Links & formatting in this massage box. But it just shows up that in my product page.... ya can't click on it and be taken to my review.

Hey! Here's how to add a link (the process is the same on product pages and in the Home Text Editor module):

-Type the text as you wish it to appear (no URLs yet)
-Highlight the text you want to link somewhere (in your case, it'd be "Amazingly Realistic")
-When you highlight text, the link button becomes available. It looks like this:
linkbutton

-Click the link button and then put the link URL in the "pop-up" insert/edit link box.
-Click insert
-Save your work
-Verify that the link works on the storefront

Thankyou so much for that. That was easy enough. I didn't realise ya had to highly for that link thingy to appear.
It all works so I'm thrilled.

Didn't realise I owned so many things that Eden sells til I started adding them. Gonna take me a bit but it's fun doing this part.

Still got to work out a main page piccie.
Later on when I'm all set up and ready to start my blog, I think I'll need help placing a link picture or something to it from my main store page - if that's possible?
But that a little way off yet.

Help!!! I am a Luddite!!!

I might be tall but I am watching this topic fly right above my head!!! Is there someone who has some time that could possibly sit with me and help me to set this up?

Ever since I logged out of Eden (cause I NEVER sign out) so that my Personal Store drop down would work, I have to constantly sign in with everything I do on Eden now.
I write a message and if I don't copy it, I lose the whole thing because when I push post - it takes me to the sign in page - EVERYTIME.
I'm getting very annoyed with it. It's certainly slowed my activity on Eden. Almost had enough.

Any idea on how to fix this issue?
Even now, I'll have to save this post before I push 'Post' cause it will probably take me to the sign in window and when I come back, my message will no longer be here. Grrrr

Yes! You can have a linked banner/image on your store that leads to your blog. Right now there should be a module in your Left Column Blocks section called "Block Advertising" and you can upload an image and type the URL where it should link to.

I am looking into your other post about the login issue. I'll be in touch (likely by email if posting is difficult). I'm really sorry you've had to keep copying/pasting messages.

I'm here to answer questions about Eden Personal Stores. Are you interested in a store? Email partners@edenfantasys.com.

Shellz31, who also responded to your post, is on the right track. If you know you want to have a store, and you're an affiliate already, then you'd want to look into getting a domain and hosting for a site (if you don't already have one set up).

This thread can be a good place to get information from other affiliates on their site setup, and I can help on this thread and through email with other questions.

idk if anyone answered, but on blogger, go to your dashboard, go to settings, click on publishing, and it will give u the option there to purchase thru them from godaddy i believe. I paid $10 for a year for mine.

Yes, this is true, but you would still need hosting access in order to upload the store files and configure them. Blogger blogs are stored on Blogger's/Google's servers and users do not have access to the host files.

You can get a domain through Google Custom Domains (which are purchased from GoDaddy or similar) as a first step in the process, and then get hosting from a company like HostGator or Dreamhost.

Ok, my store is well on its way to being usable link. Kris, I sent you an email because I cannot get the images to disply. Also, I seem to be missing the payment module. Is there a file for that? Thanks for your help!

Hi
If you've disabled it in your store admin, go to the product's page in the store admin, and click "Enable" and then Save. (this is on the "Info" tab, the default tab that shows when you're on the product page).

If you've disabled it on the My Store page on EF, you can go to the My Store page and click on the drop-down menu that's on the left side of the page. Select "Disabled" and that will bring up a list of disabled products. Look for the button(s) on the right side of the page that says "Enable" and click the button for any products you wish to enable.
