So, I'm done all my shopping and only own $3.25 so I put in my visa info and go to finish my check out and I get:

So I think...okay? I call and check my visa, it's fine. Nothing up with it. So I use my pay pal...Same thing happens... So now Im annoyed and really want those items because one of them is a gift.. So I just go and cash in 3.25 of my points to a gift card...then redo my transaction so that I now owe nothing...so I go to check out an such and I get:
