So I just ordered my second toy ever - the Ultimate Massager for 30% off through the buyout, solely with Eden Points! (Points are a blessing to a poor college student!)

Unfortunately, it won't come until Tuesday (or possibly Monday), so now I have to sit and wait all weekend.

Even though my first purchase was great, I'm still a bit nervous. What if they accidentally send it in a revealing box? What if the box breaks? What if it starts buzzing at the post office? WHAT IF THE MAIL-PERSON IS PSYCHIC?!

Do you get nervous during the wait? Do you track your order?

Out of the seventy five orders I have placed, none of them have had any issues. Still, I do track some of them, mostly because I can't wait to get/use them. lol

Congrats on your order. They always come in plain boxes, so there is no indication that it is from Eden. I am no where near Tim's 75 orders, but my 15 or so orders have never had an issue. And I do track them on occasion to see when it should be arriving on my doorstep. Don't want my neighbors stealing my toys.

I've never had any issues with my orders. I do track my packages. I track every package, not just the ones from Eden. I'm a little obsessive about my stuff!

I have ordered multiple packages from EF and never had an issue. I track my packages diligently though.

I have no idea how many packages I've received from Eden - never any kind of problem. I do hate waiting, but that's just because I'm impatient. I'm never worried or nervous, just impatient and bad at waiting. lol

All the boxes I've gotten through Eden have been the same. If it breaks, then you can mail the toy back and get a replacement. Most battery-powered toys don't come with batteries in them; most rechargeable don't come pre-charged. If they do, they're always in solid, sturdy boxes of their own.

If the mail person is psychic, they have seen far, far worse and far, far more interesting things than a college student buying a vibrator online.

I always track my packages.

Ooh - looks like a neat item - I'm adding it to my wish list in case it goes on sale.

I love this site because of the discreet shipping. I'm sure my mailman must be wondering WHY I'm getting almost a package a week (one week it was 3 packages) from here. I'd hate to see him go online and try to find "Web Merchants" (but then again - he might).

I highly doubt your item will break in the mailing process - they're great about putting paper in the package to protect it and your item looks like its in a secure package.

My first item or two from EF actually arrived a day before it was supposed to arrive. I'm not sure if I just got lucky (I sure got lucky afterwards!) or what - but lately its been running a day late sometimes.

Either way - I always track my packages and greet my mailman with a big smile when he has a package for me.

Wow---I've just checked, and I've made 25 orders! Dang! And 100% of them have come in completely discreet packaging.

If the box is crushed, they'll probably tape it up and send it on its merry way!

It's difficult waiting for orders to arrive in the mail!
I'm not anywhere near close to Tim's 75 orders either, but the few orders I have placed were packed well and discretely.

Wow - 7 orders since I found this place September 27th. Of my orders, $30 of the value came from gift cards and $32 came from the points I'd earned.

I'm sitting here now with a $50 gift card and two $25 gift cards on the way (if I understand right - maybe $15 - I'd have to look it up) and trying my hardest to say "no more till Black Friday" but sheesh that is a month away!

Anything that I buy online I get really excited about. It's like Christmas! I track everything. I've had one shipping issue with Eden, where they didn't ship it the method I had paid for, but was promptly refunded the difference in price.

I think I have placed 25 orders, maybe 30 and haven't had an issue. I don't bother to track my orders anymore because the estimated date has always been correct.
