They no longer carry the cuffs I want. I found them online for about the same that they would be here with the points I've got so I think I'm gonna have to stray,but only because they don't carry them.

I stay loyal and I've never shopped at another site since I've discovered Eden. If something went out of stock, I'll just wait until it's back.

For the most part, I buy from Eden, but I've got no problem going elsewhere if I can find what I want cheaper (which is rare - Eden usually has the best prices) or if Eden doesn't carry it. Heck, I've even purchased from local sex shops if I feel like getting a toy quickly and the price difference isn't too extreme.

I've never been big on brand or company loyalty Edenpoints makes it tough to go elsewhere, however. I can wait until an item comes back in stock.

At the same time, I'm a creature of habit, so I will return to familiar places where I feel most comfotable, even if it means paying a buck more. Of course, if there is a substanial savings to be had elsewhere, I may go that way.

I primarily shop on EF, but when EF is out of something that I really want/need? I'll order elsewhere.

An example right now would be handcuffs. I'm looking for a great pair of handcuffs, but EF has been out of the specific kind that I want for awhile now. I need them soon, so I have started looking elsewhere.

I'd get my gear where I could. The difference I think, for me at least, is that I always check Eden first due to the community interaction and variety. Those other sites might get my money every once and a while for the rare item Eden doesn't have or has at too high a cost, but I don't check their site daily...

I'd probably stay loyal. EF pays us back by awarding points and having such a great community. I'm only halfway here for the shopping, there are so many other perks that make it a wonderful site as a whole.

We have shopped a couple of other sites before finding this one, but the customer service for EF has been outstanding and the community is really nice so for now on we are staying loyal.

Some of us aren't getting what we want for free yet though. Maybe with time in the company I will be able to stay more loyal though they tell me what I want will be back in stock this weekend so I'll wait it out

I'm very happy with the selection and service at EF, and I love the community, but I'm a pragmatist. When it comes to sex toys I'll take the most logical choice over the emotional attachment.

Let me look at the facts here....

EF gives me points. Therefore; EF basically gives me free toys. Sure, I have to do a little "work" to get the points, but that is nothing compared to the actual fact of just dropping a 550USD order the other day that I didn't even have to actually and really pay for. Then I got 30% off because of the sale.

The only reason I would go to another site to order is because they were willing to give me something free to review; or because it is a new shop in China and I want to see how good their service is and how reliable their mail is so I can suggest it to Chinese people who ask about it.

Eden is pretty much the only online sex shop I trust anymore. Although if it was something I really wanted I might be tempted to go buy the item at a local sex shop.
