I look at both pro and cons.

I take the whole review into consideration and read as many as I can on each purchase.

I read all of the reviews on anything I am particularly interested in, and then consider the "specs" of the toy to my preferences. The pros and cons matter, but if I think I will like a toy I will take a shot on it regardless fo someone elses experiences.

CONS

All of these things influence my decisions, and it depends on what is said overall. There are times I read a negative review and all of the "cons" they list are actually reasons I would like a toy. It's just about knowing myself and how to apply other people's comments to my likes and dislikes.

For instance "may be too large for some" means I'll probably wind up with it on my wishlist.

We look at pro's and con's and read the details of the reviews. For instance, some of my favorite toys have lots of "con's" for "pick up lint", but since I know and expect that, it is no big deal.

Same here...and the strength of the positive/negative opinions!

Every toy has good things about it. It's the bad things that make or break it for me.

I read everything, too. In the end, it's the overall ratings of reviewers that sways me more than anything else. If a product has 20 five-star reviews and no one-star reviews, for example, I feel confident that it's at least a quality product. If it's mostly three-star and below, I move on.

After that, I weigh both the pros and cons, as well as the specs and reviewers' experience. If I'm familiar with a reviewer and their preferences, that's especially useful.

i generally read the reviews and both pro and con and make an informed decision depending on what other people say but when it comes down to it i really need to try the product for myself! reviews are extremely helpful though when written with others in mind

Ideally, I read everything, but the reviews that are most critical are very helpful. Especially for high-end products.

I skim through several reviews, if available, and check to see if the reviewers answer the questions I personally had about the product.

As a reviewer, I know that pro and con lists allow so few characters that you can't possibly get the whole story from them, especially since each reviewer is going to have different product preferences. The full review gives me a better sense of who the reviewer is, what they were hoping for, and how the product worked for them. Bonus points for finding a reviewer who seems to want the same things I do!

I will look at everything, but the pros, cons, material, safety rating, and whether it will work for me is the main focus before I get something.

I'll read one or two positive reviews, but I read more and pay more attention to the negative reviews, because they tend to be really specific about what they didn't like and how the toy functioned. From their I can determine if the toy is right for me or not.

I try my best to read the whole review...I don't feel like pros and cons are enough to give a good opinon.

I read the lowest rating first and pay attention to the cons and personal thoughts and experience of those who reviewed it.

i take it all in, but average out the cons, if the cons are the same listed in numerous reviews, then i know what the bad thing is going to be, and sometimes i'll pass on it
