Neuron Geek, thanks for responding here and for listening to our concerns. Like I said above, I understand that tons of time and energy are put into designing these pages, but sometimes as someone else said less is more. I hope you and the rest of ... more

I'm not a fan of the new layout. Just as a shopper, I think it's better to have the review tab right next to the overview tab. I spent most of my shopping time reading reviews, even before I reviewed anything. The bigger pictures are more accurate, but scrolling down the new larger layout feels messy and disorganized in comparison to the old one. The tidy constrained look of the old site is important to the feeling of trustworthiness. A "sloppier" layout feels less professional and more like the sites I wouldn't shop at.

I also STRONGLY prefer the product lineup at the top of the page with the easy view of similar products and customer comparisons. That's possibly the biggest thing I'm missing for encouraging browsing. The lack is actually discouraging me from impulse shopping for new things.

I would just like to "second" this..or third or fourth it, or what have you

I think that the reviews are a major, major attraction on this site. I know they were for me! And this new page layout definitely downplays them!

There are a lot of things I like about the new page design, like the changes to the images (larger, different color options, etc).

I also think that the "Popularity, Rating, Intensity, and Noise level" box should go back up top, perhaps below the very tippy top review quote on the left-hand side? Between that and the manufacturer logo?

I just noticed how far down the page - scroll, scroll, scroll, scroll - the safety rating is. Really not a fan of this layout. That should be right at the top of the page, hm, where it used to be?

Edit: Just realized that doesn't seem to be true for all the toys. This is the one where I only see the safety rating waaaaaaay down the screen.

I just went to a product page where I had a review and couldn't find it. At first I thought my review was completely missing and then I finally found where it said to "read all reviews". There are 5 reviews showing at first and over 20 tucked away. If I couldn't find those when I was purposely looking for them, then someone new will probably not find them at all.

Here's the product page I'm referring to. link
