Eden Link. So, you’ve heard the name mentioned and you kinda know that we have a free new service that brings together the community and manufacturers. But what is it really and how does it work?
We know that customers have changed in the last decade – people want more information, they want to read reviews, they want news, they want open communication, they want to put a face to the companies that make these products, they want answers. Now.
And ya know what? We want all of those things too.
We had many meetings about these needs, these areas that are neglected, the lack of a platform that benefits both sides and brings them together. Where the community can learn more about the companies and directly communicate with them; and the companies can connect with the community, gets loads of feedback and build relationships. We think a better informed customer and a better informed industry is win-win!
It sounds so ideal, I know. It took a lot of work to make sure that Eden Link is an equal platform for big and small companies alike. Fair to all, able to be used by all – and made to be best when used often…in the hopes of continuing contact between the community and the makers - keeping news and communication current.
With much help, feedback and support from Metis and the Tantus family, we launched with the Tantus profile on Eden Link. We built the system, invited them to be the first and Tantus got all their info set up, employee profiles created and it came to life. This readied us for letting everyone know about this free new service.
We officially launched Eden Link at the industry shows in mid-July. The reception was overwhelmingly positive and everyone said yes. The manufacturers want to talk to you! They want to know what you’re thinking, what they need to do differently, what you’d like to see them make next.

And information from the manufacturers disseminates throughout our website – so you’ll see latest news from Eden Link on our homepage, info on the product pages from the manufacturer, and links when a review is sponsored.
Did you know that you can ask questions of anyone on the Team of any company? You can even start related forum threads about any company! And it all shows up on their profile page - in their public event stream. Transparency = awesome!
Companies can sponsor reviews which means free toys for the reviewers; even toys that have not been released yet! What better way to get feedback than to have the products reviewed, right?
We're so happy to have the early adopters to help us see how well the service will work and give us feedback for the second release. We're expecting many many more manufacturers who are excited to get started!
