I've read a lot on anal sex because I would like to try it. People say they do some anal cleaning before. What does this mean? Do I have to use a douche or enema? I don't want to be going to the bathroom all day before. That's not sexy and I don't want to be doing that every time I want to have anal. We've tested out toys before and so far I haven't had a problem. They've come out clean. Anyway, I just want to know how other people would explain their views of cleaning.

If you do use an enema use as little as possible, use only warm water or isotonic saline, and don't use them more than necessary (test first with a toy).
