I do love vaginal penetration, but this afternoon, while he was pumping away in me, I put my hand down there, grabbed his shaft and stopped him. "What's wrong"? he asked. "Nothing", I said, and moved his penis down to my anal opening and pulled him in. He quickly "got it" and obliged. My wife confided to me that her biggest fear of anal is that I will prefer it to vaginal. I assured her that would not be the case - but I guess I'm hoping that she learns to like enough that she'll want me to do it. Seems like progress but we;re not there yet.

If that's her biggest fear then I feel confident that you'll get there and maybe soon. If pain, messiness, etc. were foremost in her mind, you'd still have a long road ahead.

My impression from your posts I've run across is that even if you did prefer anal to vaginal she still wouldn't have anything to worry about. It's not as though you're a selfish lover that would only do what pleases you (anal) while ignoring her preference (vaginal).

And who knows, *she* may find that she prefers anal - stranger things have happened!
