Do you ever worry about...

With anal sex without a condom, do you worry about particles of fecal matter getting into the urethra and causing infection? Even if the receiver uses an enema, there are *always* particles left behind. That's one reason why we always use a condom on the rare occasions that we do anal.

We're still working our way up to anal sex - but when we do I will not be wearing a condom - we don't even have any around the house.

Hardly use them at all, only during anal quickies. In all the 18 years (had to think now) never had any infections from that. And plus if you get any, 5 days of antibiotics will sort you out Or are you afraid of the common cold or flu

I don't worry about it as my partner is healthy, and we are monogamous. If you're strategic and smart about when you engage in anal play I think risks are lower. Plus the risks from anal, in my mind, are lower than say rimming, which is fun too.

Um... we don't usually use condoms, but we have had consequences. I have had one UTI and while it is easy to get rid of it is still painful, unpleasant, and requires a trip to the doctor. My partner has had an infection in his prostrate that the doctor says is related to bacteria entering the urethra during anal. Again, curable but not pleasant. Just the same we rarely use condoms.
