Do you find that anal play (anal sex, use of anal toys) has an impact on your bathroom habits...or, the frequency that you go to the bathroom?

I was wondering about anal play and the affect (if any) you notice it has on bowel movements/frequency. Though, I suppose it is a very broad question and could include any other changes that you notice, or maybe even any changes you have made.

I'm new to anal play, so I'm curious about a lot of things and have a lot of questions. Feel free to comment and share anything you feel comfortable sharing.

I notice that it sometimes makes me, uh, go. I would consider that a benefit. I've never noticed any negatives such as bleeding, constipation etc.

I notice that there is one vote for it having had a negative impact. I'm not trying to make anyone speak that doesn't feel comfortable, but that answer is a little worrisome to me. I have to wonder what kind of negative impacts it could have, because I don't really know. I mean, again, I am totally new to all of this. I would hate to be uninformed and get myself into a bad situation.

I've found that different lubes, enema/no enema, penetrationn depth, fuck/just held in. All have different effects. Wet and Astroglide lube leave by bowels feeling "dirty" and my feces afterwards are like corn meal, which I just hate. Where as Maximus not only lubes better, I noticed there seems to be no after feeling caused from it at all. I noticed that while a good enema makes for the most carefree fun anal sessions because there's no worry of poo, I have noticed that I feel like I had anal sex for a longer period of time afterwards, where as no enema I feel like I didn't have any about an hour later. If I use a plug with minimal lube and just hold it in the whole time, I feel like I did nothing five minutes after I pull it out. If I use a dildo I feel the lovely stretch feeling the rest of the day.

I will say that my body anticipates anal now. When I have the urge to have anal it's not long before I need to use the toilet, merely for thinkig about anal.

I have not noticed much change in a negative way. In fact the opposite is true, I have more regular bowel movements along with better control of the sphincters/muscles. This also leads to better over all health.

I highly recommend buying the book Anal Pleasure and Health, this is wonderful book that will teach you not only the joys of anal play but the health side as well.

I was looking at that, just out of curiosity, but the cover looked like a retro medical pamphlet to me. Wasn't sure how great or useful it would actually be. Maybe I will have to reconsider it!

I do anal play, and I usually see a difference the day after, but otherwise no long-term effects.

I used to have really bad constipation and was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome because of frequent stomach aches. However, anal play has taught me to relax those muscles, so now I can have complete bowel movements. Before I had nearly no control over my anal muscles and would be sitting over the toilet for hours. Anal play has cured my chronic constipation.
