Can never have too much lube for this. Also, you can stimulate your clitoris at the same time. it can mek things easier and/or more intense.

Your body often doesn't automatically associate anal stimulation with sexuality - this can possibly be from many reasons, including training.

Try stimulating yourself anally and really paying attention to the sensations, feeling how they can feel good, and not always connected with going to the bathroom. Throw in some G-spot or clitoral stimulation as well.
