We tried it once. It was just kind of meh. We didn't find anything particularly special about it, and it actually made it hard to breathe.

Face sitting isn't my favorite thing, as an active or receptive partner. If I'm the one doing the sitting, I find that it's hard to keep my balance when being orally stimulated. I only enjoy someone sitting on my face if he's light enough to hold in my hands for awhile.
