Yes, of course it feels different--but not THAT much different, once they're erect. An uncut penis just has a bit more elasticity to the skin, at that point. I disagree with Edeneve, though, in that the uncut men I've been with have had a more sensitive glans. Think about it: if a certain area of skin is always exposed and being rubbed against clothing and such, it's more likely to get desensitized a bit. When the foreskin is left intact, it protects the head constantly, keeping those nerve endings all nice and sensitive.

I'm a big proponent of NOT circumsizing boys. In fact, I see it as a huge contradiction that religions which view God as perfect, omnipotent, all-knowing, etc., seem to think that God screwed up when he designed the male penis.
In actuality, the practice of circumcision was begun as a way to make sex less pleasurable.

There's a MAJOR difference if you are doing it right!
