I had to check other, mainly because I never had oral with a person before and after they got their studs, so I can't really compare it.

I usually could feel it, but found that them having more then 1 stud seemed to improve that sensation. I also seemed to enjoy the oral sex more when my partner was pierced, but I also have a piercing fetish so that could have been a factor.

I was also told a few times by partners that they could better feel mine and that it heightened the sensation(I had three in a row.) The men seemed to be the ones that said that more, they would ask me to press my tongue up against the shaft.

Now I did manage to have a before and after performance with other piercings. But that is another story..lol

In the past I have been with men who had a variety of different piercings. By far the best in terms of sexual feeling were the following.
Apadravya which actually provided G Spot stimulation during sex.
Prince Albert and Reverse PA Normally placed PA hit off G Spot during Doggy. while the Reverse PA hit off it during missionary.
Jacobs Ladder Provided extra sensation, think of it as ribbed/studded for her pleasure.

The one guy I was with who had an Ampallang claimed that he got extra stimulation from it. I could feel it during sex, but it was neither uncomfortable or extra pleasurable.

Side note, one of the men with an Apadravya and the one with the Reverse PA were both intact. So it is possible to get the piercings even if the man has his foreskin.

From my experience with oral as a giver and receiver with tongue piercings it really depends on the size of the stud and where on the tongue it's located. Mine is a 0 which is fairly large and is halfway the length of my tongue, and male and female alike tell me it feels amazing. Then again I am really good in general with or without a piercing. My experience from receiving wasn't really any different when they took it out but there's was standard 12guage which is pretty small. Size matters. I did kiss a guy whos tip of his tongue was double pierced with rings and that probably would've made a difference but I didn't go that far with him. Lol hope my perspective helps.

I'm the one with the tongue stud. I've been with my husband for 14 years and had the stud for 11. At this point...the stud has become a special treat when it's out. For both of us. He was in boot camp when I got my tongue pierced so of course when he came home it was amazing! He says he still loves it but after this long with it in it's even better when I take it out. My hubs says it's a completely different sensation when the stud is out...and I agree! I've gotten so used to having it in that it's a different sensation even for me when I have it out.

I've never received oral sex from someone with a stud but I had one at one point. I had two different partners during the time I had my stud. Neither or them said it was better.

I had my tongue pierced for years, recently took it out about a year ago and my husband said it was just a slight difference.
