I nearly always swallow, unless the taste is horribly bad or if I was feeling sick already before going down on him. I can't actually say semen is ever "good." It can taste good as far as semen goes (or be horribly bad) but as far as tastes overall, it's not the most desirable thing. Plus, you never know exactly what they taste will be that day. Sometimes I do really want to taste him though and ask for it.
