I've had to curl my lips around my teeth a few times. Also opening wide and sticking your tongue out helps too, as your tongue will cover your bottom teeth. They do make mouth guards and dental wax I believe to use, if you really want to.. I know "Blowguard" is one of the items. The dental wax idea looks better to me, though, but you'll probably look a bit silly with a hunk of wax covering your teeth!
