I think cut because I have been with a guy who wasn't and lets just say that is a breeding ground for bacteria; Because let's face it ladies not all men are extremely OCD about the bacteria that could and probably is hiding in their creases. I had infection after infection with this guy just because he didn't wash right. Yes, I have considered the fact that he could have been cheating on me, but the Dr. had told me the type of infection I had was from not washing correctly and I knew I kept myself clean! I never had a problem after the guy and I split up so I knew that was the reason for sure then. So in my opinion cut is better
