I think they look like sanitary napkins. If I was about to get frisky with a girl and found out she was wearing it, I'd think that was what it was. Either way I really find them to be a turn-off appearance-wise. Not sure how useful they are, but it's definitely an interesting idea. At least an odd one.

I've seen them before, but didn't know what they were called. I think they would be more comfortable and easier to keep in place for a thinner person. It definitely doesn't sounds comfy for my plus sized body.
